Our production system is based on 'right first time' manufacturing, involving strong operator monitoring backed by independent quality controls. Training We have a loyal work force; many of our production staff have been with the company for over ten years. Training is taken very seriously at Quansboro. Many of our staff regularly attend relevant training courses to improve their knowledge and performance. We have excellent working relations at every level of management and encourage our staff to share their ideas, which ensure that we work as a multi-skilled team for the benefit of our customers.
